Christine Mutiso

Christine joined Samawati Capital Partners in 2019 as part of the first cohort of the Samawati Internship Programme and is now a Samawati senior analyst. She supports origination, investment and financial analysis, deal structuring, due diligence, and execution across a variety of initiatives and transactions.

Before joining Samawati, Christine interned at the Kenya Women Finance Trust and at Absa Kenya Limited, where she developed an interest in providing access to finance to women and local SMEs. This, coupled with her passion for finance, economic development, and sustainability topics led her to seek a career in impact investment and advisory.

Christine is a graduate of Strathmore University in Nairobi, where she earned a bachelor of business science degree in financial economics.
