Jeff Temba

Jeff has more than 10 years of experience providing strategic business growth advisory and investment readiness support to businesses across various sectors in the region, especially in SME development, financial inclusion, and agricultural value chain development. He has consulted widely with various private, public, and development organizations across East Africa including AGRA, Farm Africa, GIZ, ACELI Africa, KCB Foundation, Hand in Hand International, Global Communities, Heifer International, KCIC, Pangea Trust, Enviu, and others. 

Jeff has led multiple projects involving the design and management of technical assistance programs targeted at SMEs, start-ups, and high-growth enterprises in various sectors including food and agribusiness, manufacturing, retail and trade, I.T. and technology-enabled services, renewable energy, and waste management. He has provided direct and/or indirect growth-oriented support to more than 400 businesses.

Jeff holds a BA with honours from Maseno University. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and has a background in banking and finance.
